CISCO Certification connects the world

It's all about IT these days. We hired a candidate two years ago majorly because he has IT experience. The company needed to buff up the back room operations and we were ill equipped to handle it ourselves without having an expert around. So, hiring him was the best thing and timely too.

Had we known about the Cisco certification, we would have been more specific in our recruitment search. A CISCO qualified personnel means that he is trained in the relevant field, with proficiencies that covers a wide range of certifications in IT, from an Entry level of an IP Networking (CCENT), to an Associate, Professional, Expert and Specialist.

CISCO opens the channel to a higher career path and enhances the proficiency level of the holder. It validates that he has what it takes to be able to handle a small enterprise branch network which includes the basic network security. If a company is looking for expansions for a medium-sized enterprise branch networks with more complex connections, they should be looking at a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate holder who is drilled on the latest technologies from Cisco and beyond.

So, a CISCO certification says it all. It does the talking for the candidate and it is an added advantage and will give him an edge in today's highly competitive market. Staying relevant in the changing times is a pre-requisite to survival and is a requirement at every level of employment, more so even at the higher rungs of management training.
